Germany – Construction project management services – Projektsteuerung Hochwasserschutz Murg Rastatt

The City of Rastatt intends (together with the project partner, the State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Regional Council of Karlsruhe) to implement measures for flood protection, dam rehabilitation, and improvement of river ecology on the Murg in Rastatt. The total cost framework for sub-projects B-D is in the range of 50 to 60 million EUR. The construction costs for sub-project E are currently difficult to estimate but can amount to up to 20 million EUR. In the next step (phases 1 and 2 are completed), the planning approval for sub-projects B, C and D (to be applied for and achieved by the end of 2027 at the latest) (expected in mid-2029). Furthermore, the planning of sub-project E should be continued so that it can also be included in the planning approval procedure. /// For this purpose, project management services are to be awarded.
