Finland – Construction work – Psykiatrian uudisrakennuksen II-vaiheen rakennusautomaatiourakka, tarjouskilpailukutsu

The Southwestern Finland Wellbeing Services County is procuring the building automation system for the Phase II construction of the Psychiatric New Building through a restricted procurement procedure as indicated in the documents. The construction of Phase II of the Psychiatric New Building will be carried out as separate contracts with the main contractor (Skanska Talonrakennus Oy) acting as the main contractor for the project. In Phase I of the Psychiatric New Building, the Siemens Oy supplied Desigo CC automation and monitoring system, completed in 2024, has been installed in the customer's server environment. The building automation system for Phase II of the building under this procurement will be integrated into the Desigo CC system so that Phases I and II of the building form a coherent building automation and monitoring entity.
