The procurement concerns the acquisition of components and associated products of the transport system that are necessary for the development and timely implementation of the vacuum system, and implicitly of the positron transport system generated by the gamma beam, and the completion of the GAMMA system's functionality in optimal parameters. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, corroborated with Article 27 (3) of H.G. No. 395/2016, as amended and supplemented.
