The Danish Road Directorate is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the ongoing conclusion of framework agreements concerning the establishment and creation of water wells, compensatory nature and guiding planting. The dynamic purchasing system is used to handle tasks where the need arises continuously and varies in scope, character and geographical location. The dynamic purchasing system is used to carry out specific framework tasks, which are offered separately in mini-tenders. The tasks may include, among other things, earthworks, excavation and establishment of water wells, establishment of compensatory nature, including nature restoration and biodiversity measures, as well as establishment of guiding planting in the form of trees, bushes and other planting. The works may be part of the fulfilment of authority requirements, environmental compensation, infrastructure establishment or other projects within the Danish Road Directorate's area of responsibility. For each individual framework task, the Danish Road Directorate carries out a mini-tender, where the content, scope and conditions of the task are specified. The mini-tenders are tailored to the specific task and can vary in complexity and size depending on the character of the project and its geographical location.
