Denmark – Sludge disposal services – Afhentning og afsætning af spildevandsslam, Hedensted Spildevand, Herning Vand, Vejen Renseanlæg, Vejle Spildevand og Fredericia Spildevand og Energi

The tasks involve the collection and disposal of sewage sludge, as organic fertilizer from the treatment plants in Hedensted Spildevand, Vejen Renseanlæg, Vejle Spildevand, Herning Vand and Fredericia Spildevand and Energi. The procurement is divided into 5 sub-contracts: • Sub-contract 1: Disposal of sludge from Hedensted Spildevand A/S • Sub-contract 2: Disposal of sludge from Vejen Renseanlæg A/S • Sub-contract 3: Disposal of sludge from Vejle Spildevand A/S • Sub-contract 4: Disposal of sludge from Herning Vand A/S. • Sub-contract 5: Disposal of sludge from Fredericia Spildevand and Energi A/S. Further description of the sub-contracts is given in the tender documentation's specification. One contract per sub-contract is entered into and the contracts are independent of each other during the contract period. Bidders can bid on one or more sub-contracts. The expected annual quantities are given in the tender documentation. The contract period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The ordering party has the option to extend the contract period on unchanged terms up to 2 times for 12 months. Sub-contract 5 concerning Fredericia Spildevand and Energi A/S is subject to an allocation reservation. The ordering party reserves the right to decide, after the evaluation of tenders and before the conclusion of the contract, whether the sub-contract will be awarded. The ordering party is therefore not obliged to award the contract concerning sub-contract 5, even if competitive tenders have been received. Any decision not to award the sub-contract has no significance for the award of the other sub-contracts.
