France – Toilet paper, handkerchiefs, hand towels and serviettes – ACHAT ET LIVRAISON DE PAPIER D'HYGIENE (OUATE)

A consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices of the consumable, with an apparatus provided to facilitate the distribution of paper towels included. The present framework agreement is for the purchase and delivery of hygiene paper to supply the paper dispensers. The paper dispensers are currently provided as part of the current public contract.
