Framework Agreement for the Maintenance Services of Self-Cleaning Automatic Toilets Installed in the Municipality of Oradea based on a Framework Agreement for a period of 3 years - unique procurement code 4230487/2026/16

Following the completion of the implementation of various park modernization projects and the increase in the number of self-cleaning automatic toilets connected, installed in various parks, green areas intended for people with physical disabilities, it is necessary to procure the maintenance services for the self-cleaning automatic toilets in order to ensure hygiene and increase the level of comfort in the green areas and in the crowded areas of the Municipality of Oradea, throughout the year, by concluding a framework contract for the provision of maintenance services which ensures a good respect for hygiene and public health standards.

Therefore, it is necessary to procure the maintenance services for the public toilets installed in the Municipality of Oradea, by concluding a framework agreement for 3 years, for a maximum of 34 self-cleaning automatic toilets, while the minimum number is 12 toilets, corresponding to those already in operation. During 2026-2028, another 22 automatic toilets in 6 locations are to be put into operation, which will be taken over for maintenance in a phased manner, after the reception of each location. The duration of the Framework Agreement is 36 months from the date of issuance of the order to start the provision of services. It is estimated that 3 subsequent contracts will be awarded, one each year, representing the duration of the 3-year framework agreement (2026-2029). The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Clarification requests must be submitted in an editable format.
