The DB InfraGO AG is tendering the main construction services for the realisation of the new north platform in the Munich-Pasing station as part of the HST Munich-Pasing North Platform project. The aim of the measure is to increase the capacity of the Munich-Pasing rail hub by constructing a new long-distance platform and adapting the associated railway and transport infrastructure. The scope of services includes, in particular: New construction of the north platform including platform equipment, platform canopy, information and guidance systems, and barrier-free accesses. Reconstruction and extension of the pedestrian subway and cycle path subway including new staircase, lift, and access installations. Track, switch, superstructure, substructure, and drainage works in the affected track areas. New construction and adaptation of cable ducting, power, and catenary installations. New construction and adaptation of electrical point heating installations (EWHA) including power supply and integration into the existing infrastructure. Construction of noise barriers including foundations and accompanying civil engineering works. Demolition, provisional, logistics, safety, commissioning, and documentation services. The construction services are to be carried out during ongoing railway and passenger operations. Special requirements arise from the complex construction phases, the required shutdown periods, and the numerous interfaces between the trades involved. The award is made without lot division with the aim of ensuring the coordination of construction progress, the use of shutdown periods, and the management of interface risks. The separately awarded signalling and safety technology services are not part of this contract unit. Only the complete tender documents, in particular the construction description, the bill of quantities, and the contract documents, are decisive for the preparation of the offer.
