The procurement of tool kits and vehicle equipment will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant performance of PRAM, MT-JT, IT, LEA, and MOP verification, operation, and maintenance activities, guaranteeing the availability of adequate equipment for on-site operational interventions. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreements: According to the Quantity Annexes related to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts: According to the Quantity Annexes related to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. The frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded: According to the award documentation, one subsequent contract per year. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract related to Lot 1 – Equipment kits for electricians and vehicles: 3,807,568.16 Lei excl. VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract related to Lot 2 – Tool kits for electricians: 5,067,587.71 Lei excl. VAT. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a tenderer is: 2. The contracting entity will clearly respond to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with art. 173(1) of Law 99/2016, as amended. Number of days until clarification requests can be made before the deadline for submission of participation requests/offers: 19 days. Any requests for clarification of the award documentation should be sent to the email address: [email protected]. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be published in SEAP. The contracting entity reserves the right to transmit two consolidated responses for each stage in parts, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172(2) and art. 173(1) of Law no. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for the submission of participation requests/offers; – a second consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for the submission of participation requests/offers, in the event that the deadline for the submission of participation requests/offers is extended, under the conditions of art. 163 of Law no. 99/2016.
