France – Lift-maintenance services – Prestation de maintenance sur les installations des ascenseurs et monte-charge du SDIS des Alpes-Maritimes

This framework agreement covers preventive and corrective maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting, as well as the execution of works on lift and goods lift installations in the fire and rescue centres and administrative buildings of the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Fire and Rescue Service. This contract aims to ensure the safety of lift users and third parties in the vicinity of the installations, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions. To this end, the contractor implements all necessary measures to ensure that the equipment remains in good working order and safe. The contractor ensures that these services are carried out in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, rules of the art, good professional practices and the recommendations of the manufacturers of the equipment in question.
