Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure operator of public seaports, island supply ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast. Niedersachsen Ports, as the owner, has a property of approximately 18 ha available, located on several plots in the cadastral area of Brake and Golzwarden, south of the track curve near the Niedersachsenkai, where port-related settlements can and should be realised. One or more companies should be established, whose activities include the handling of goods arriving at and departing from the quay, their production, their storage, their transport and/or the associated services. The settlement on the property B34 is to generate transshipment over the quay edge in the port of Brake.
