The Municipality of Galați wishes to award the contract for the execution of works for the project "Rehabilitation and Refunctionalisation of the Degraded Land Valea Țiglinei". The estimated value of the contract is 51,917,262.22 lei excluding VAT. Biodiversity Stage: 27,271,159.88 lei excluding VAT of which: Chapter 1.2. – Land Arrangement = 222,648.41 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 2.2. – Technical and Building Networks and Branches: 113,413.69 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 4. Base Investment Costs = 26,660,205.50 lei excluding VAT (4.1. Constructions and Installations – 26,059,968.46 lei excluding VAT; 4.3. Equipment, Technological and Functional Equipment Requiring Assembly – 462.18 lei excluding VAT; 4.5. Equipment – 599,774.76 lei excluding VAT); Chapter 5. Site Organisation = 274,892.38 lei excluding VAT (Chapter 5.1.1 – Construction and Installation Works Related to Site Organisation = 274,892.38 lei excluding VAT). Urban Regeneration Stage: 24,646,102.34 lei excluding VAT of which: Chapter 1.2. – Land Arrangement = 485,048.27 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 2.2. – Technical and Building Networks and Branches: 113,413.69 lei excluding VAT; Chapter 4. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: - 30 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice for the first deadline; - 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice for the second deadline. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/information regarding the award documentation in two deadlines, as follows: - the first deadline in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 23rd day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; - the second deadline in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice.
