Germany – Construction project management services – Stadt Essen / Neubau Campus Bockmühle

The City of Essen intends to construct a new six-track comprehensive school and a new school sports hall on the existing school site of the Bockmühle Comprehensive School at Ohmstraße 32 in Essen-Altendorf. The campus is also to include uses with a district reference. Furthermore, a 3-fold sports hall (inflatable hall incl. sanitary and changing rooms (container)) for temporary use (physical education) with a service life of approx. 4 years is to be planned and constructed by the contractor on the sports field at Serlostraße, also in Essen-Altendorf, and dismantled after completion of the planned 5-fold sports hall on the school site.
