The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8, Sentence 1, SGB V. The invitation to participate is addressed only to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs, in accordance with Section 4, Paragraph 18, of the German Medicines Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with Section 15 of the VgV in conjunction with Section 119, Paragraph 3, of the GWB, but rather a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed for all participants and non-negotiable, including the level of the discount. There can be an unlimited number of contractual partners, which can be pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in accordance with Section 4, Paragraph 18, of the German Medicines Act.
