France – Construction work – Perquie Lot 3 : BOP avec AC & DC/AC O&M (ingénierie, approvisionnement des équipements, construction, mise en service et O&M)

The scope of the tender for the Perquie Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project includes engineering, procurement of all equipment (excluding DC block), construction and operation and maintenance (O&M). Useful battery capacity approximately 130MWh to 270MWh at beginning of life / Battery power approximately 65MW at POC 63 KV / Technology: LFP (lithium-fer-phosphate) Estimated COD: August 2028. The tenderer must respond to the engineering scope, where they must produce detailed execution plans for all components of the Plant. They must respond to the works scope, which will include the total or partial preparation of the site, the supply and installation of AC block equipment (PCS, skid, control command), the installation of DC equipment supplied by the client by integrating them into their calculation notes, while ensuring the management of the supply chain, their installation on site and their connection. The tenderer must respond to the O&M scope. The operation and maintenance of the site will be based on an estimated duration of 20 years during which the client may decide to terminate the contract for convenience and without cost. The service provider must take into account all the technical characteristics of the project related to the implementation phase. During the duration of this contract, the service provider will receive an annual lump sum remuneration based on their tariff offer, which will include: Operation, 24/7 supervision with remote acknowledgement of alarms and site security; Preventive maintenance of AC, DC equipment; Declaration of unavailability to the aggregator. Corrective maintenance of AC, DC equipment; Management of warranties and regulatory checks; Relations with EDF Power Solutions and the network manager; Maintenance of battery performance: availability, SOH, RTE, auxiliary consumption. EDF Power Solutions reserves the option to withdraw the services related to DC and/or AC equipment in Realisation and/or O&M at the time of consultation.
