Red Barracks West WA8 - Electrical Works

The construction project involves the new construction of 4 four-storey buildings for student housing, including four commercial units on the ground floors of buildings A and B along Georg-Hermann-Allee. Building D is located to the north on Planstraße D, building C is in the southern part. The third floors of buildings C and D are designed as setback floors, buildings A and B have four full floors. The roofs are designed as flat roofs with extensive greening. The buildings will be constructed as timber structures. Basements, as well as corridor walls and corridor ceilings on the ground floor, as well as the walls and ceilings of the commercial units in buildings A and B and the communal room in building C will be executed in reinforced concrete. Staircases will also be executed in reinforced concrete. The entrances to the residential buildings are on the courtyard side. The buildings are freestanding. Buildings A and B are fully basemented, buildings C and D are partially basemented.
