France – Accident and health insurance services – Assurance complémentaire santé pour l'EPIC CFC

This consultation concerns the supplementary health scheme for all employees of the EPIC U Caminu di Ferru di a Corsica, as provided for in the collective agreement of 15 October 2025, which includes a mandatory scheme for reimbursement of medical expenses. The health expenses scheme will be co-financed by the employer and the employee for its mandatory base. It must also provide for a optional option at the sole expense of the employee. The scheme must provide for the maintenance of the guarantee:

- to former employees who are unemployed beyond the portability period provided for by regulation

- to former employees who are retired in accordance with the legislation of the Evin law

- to employees whose employment contract is suspended and without remuneration.

The financing of these maintenances being exclusively at the expense of the interested parties. The 2023, 2024, 2025 results accounts as well as the table of desired guarantees are attached to this notice.
