France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – MARCHÉ TIERCE MAINTENANCE APPLICATIVE (TMA) DES MÉDIAS PASSPASS

The consultation concerns the Application Maintenance of Pass Pass Media (website and mobile application). The scope of the contract includes:

- Keeping the current Pass Pass media and interfaces with the Pass Pass Central System (ticketing, route calculator, mobility data repository) operational

- Supervising the proper functioning of the Pass Pass media: media, server, platform security

- Technical operation of the Pass Pass media

- Assisting the Pass Pass Manager with the Pass Pass media

- Preventive, adaptive and evolutive software maintenance of the Pass Pass media

- Provision of services by the payment service provider (PSP)

- Provision of media hosting services (optional tranche)
