France – Repair and maintenance services of locomotives – Location de locomotives électriques équipées en ETCS N2

In the context of its night train and Freely Organised Service (SLO) activities, as well as the developments of the National Rail Network (RFN), SNCF Voyageurs launches a consultation on the rental of electric locomotives equipped with ETCS N2 and associated maintenance services. The contract concerns the rental of 9 electric locomotives, including 4 in the firm tranche equipped with ETCS N2 in full service for a 4-year firm period with the possibility of renewal for a 1-year period, up to a maximum of two renewals. The technical and organisational maintenance modalities are detailed in the tender specifications. The contract takes the form of a single-supplier framework agreement with order forms.
