France – Construction work – MARCHE DE CONCEPTION-REALISATION Construction neuve relatif à la construction de 300 logements, démolition de l'existant et réhabilitation de 56 logements au sein de 12 bâtiments

The consultation concerns the award of a design and build contract for the following:

- Demolition of the existing structure

- 20,000m² of gross floor area, approximately 300 new-build homes: 100 social rental homes, 135 intermediate rental homes, 65 homes under a real solidarity lease, and approximately 300 underground parking spaces

- Rehabilitation of the existing heritage: 56 homes within 12 buildings
