Framework contract for the procurement of various food products for the Szent György University Teaching Hospital of Fejér County in 22 lots:

7. Lot: Milk (51 040 l)

8. Lot: Dry goods: pickles, canned goods, jams, spices (16 620 kg pickles; 108 194 l/kg/unit canned goods; 122 546 kg/unit/l jam; 4468 kg spice)

9. Lot: Dry goods: seasonings, mill products, sugar and substitutes, confectionery products, instant products (2799 kg/l/unit seasoning; 17 425 kg mill product; 4 376 kg sugar and substitute; 10 604 kg or unit confectionery product; 8 138 instant product)

10. Lot: Dry goods: oil, pasta, food bases and seasonings (8 102 l oil; 8 606 kg pasta; 42 850 units or kg food base/seasoning)

11. Lot: Fruit juice, mineral water (361 920 units)

12. Lot: Fish products (2 680 kg fish products)

13. Lot: Mirelit products (58 217 kg)

14. Lot: Eggs (90 720 units)

15. Lot: Dry goods: dried legumes (694 kg)

16. Lot: Bakery products (434 850 units, 142 kg - total: 434 992 units)

17. Lot: Baby food (4 248 units)

18. Lot: Fresh vegetables, fruit (42 103 kg and 70 units - total: 42 173 units)

19. Lot: Fresh vegetables: (43 350 kg potatoes)

20. Lot: Dietetic products 1. (32 130 units)

21. Lot: Dietetic products 2. (28 749 units)

22. Lot: Dietetic products 3. (6 600 units)

The above quantities cover the Contracting Authority's 12-month needs and are informative. The exact quantities are included in the Contracting Authority's price list. The Contracting Authority is entitled to unilaterally apply a +23% quantitative deviation for the quantities indicated for each lot (per product) during the validity period of the contract. (The quantities shown also include the optional quantities.) If the quantitative deviation results in a non-integer value for the indicated quantity, the Contracting Authority will round according to the general rules of rounding. The detailed quantities, compositions and technical specifications of the individual items are included in the technical description uploaded as a separate document.

*** Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), if other procurement documents (procurement technical description) refer to a specific standard, brand, origin or type of item, the reference is made only to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" must also be understood next to the reference, based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than the one specified in the documentation. If the tenderer wishes to offer an equivalent tool, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to in the reference, the tenderer must submit documents supporting the equivalence in their tender.
