This is a multi-beneficiary mixed agreement (2 lots) for Technical Control and Health and Safety (H&S) Coordination Missions, for the needs of the city of Cenon. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
