Part of the subject of the contract is also the obligation of the tenderer to ensure and submit the results of the verification of the code used for the NFCH calculations in accordance with points 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 of the Technical Specification, which forms Annex No. 2 of these tender documents. - The results of the code verification for NFCH calculations must demonstrate the correctness, reproducibility, transparency and professional suitability of the calculations carried out and must be processed to such an extent and quality as to allow their proper professional assessment by the contracting authority. - The tenderer is obliged to submit the results of the NFCH verification within the deadline, scope and quality required according to the Technical Specification and in accordance with the invitation of the contracting authority, if such an invitation has been delivered. - Failure to submit the results of the code verification for NFCH calculations, their late submission or their submission in an incomplete scope or in a quality that does not allow their proper assessment, is considered a failure to meet the requirements of the subject of the contract and at the same time a failure to provide proper cooperation by the tenderer in accordance with Section 56 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement. - In the case of Section 2.4, the contracting authority is entitled to proceed in accordance with the law on public procurement to refuse to conclude a contract under Section 56 of the law on public procurement. - Calculations for the independent verification of the neutron-physical characteristics of the fuel assembly of the active zone of reactors - Proposal of the fuel assembly project for the next campaign and calculation of the neutron-physical characteristics of the active zones of reactors - Performance of dynamic neutron-physical calculations for measuring the efficiency of the AO1 system HRK with the jammed and ejected most effective HRK and determination of correction coefficients - Performance of calculations for changing the AZ loading scheme and calculations for developing a technical solution in the event of a leaky cassette - Performance of a balance measurement after the completion of general repairs, including the evaluation of heat transfer in steam generators, determination of block efficiency and achievable electrical power.
