Germany – Building construction work – ÖPP-Projekt BPOLI BER SF1 NB Rückführungsgebäude (VOEK 690-25)

The subject of the present procurement procedure is the award of planning, construction, as well as maintenance and operational services for the new building for the return of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks on the areas of the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (FBB). The procedure will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue in accordance with § 3 EU No. 3 VOB/A. The new building is to be planned, constructed, and made available to the contracting authority, free of defects upon handover of the construction project, including selected operational services (for a period of 30 years minus the planning and construction phase), in accordance with the requirements of the space program and the functional requirements (T2_B1_1_001_Planning, Construction, Quality and Equipment Description; T2_B2_1_001_Location, Architecture, Space and Functional Description LARF; T2_B3_1_001_Functional Performance Description Building Management; T2_B4_1_001_BImA_FBB_BPOL_BUND Requirements; T2_B5_1_00_Planning Law_Sectors_Cadastral; T2_B6_1_00_Reports).
