Denmark – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Begrænset udbud med prækvalifikation

The procurement is conducted as a restricted procedure with pre-qualification for the construction of the Staalhøjgaard housing development. The construction project includes the construction of 44 dwellings, which are tendered in trade packages. The contracting authority pre-qualifies a limited number of applicants, who are subsequently invited to submit bids on the individual subcontracts.
