The subject of the present agreement is the provision of services in the areas of Incident Management, Client Lifecycle Management and Field Services. This contract is an EVB-IT Service Contract in the sense of the EVB-IT Service General Terms and Conditions. The services will be provided as works, unless a different agreement is explicitly stated in this service contract or is subsequently made in writing between the parties. Further details on the objectives and contents of the tender can be found in the specification. The nature and scope of the services are otherwise set out in this service contract and its annexes.
