France – Lift-maintenance services – Entretien, Maintenance, Dépannage, Désincarcération, Garantie Totale et Travaux des Ascenseurs du patrimoine de Toulon Habitat Méditerranée

This consultation concerns the maintenance, preventive, conditional, predictive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, disincarcération, Total Guarantee as well as repair and modernisation works for the elevators and similar equipment of Toulon Habitat Méditerranée (THM) for the period 2027 to 2030. The contract is a service contract with an obligation to deliver results. The technical requirements, service levels, performance indicators, traceability obligations and modalities for taking into account the criticality are defined in the CCTP and its annexes. This contract is a mixed contract comprising, on the one hand, permanent lump sum services and, on the other hand, a framework agreement with purchase orders for works and services not included in the lump sums. The part to be ordered is concluded with a minimum amount of 800,000 euros HT / year and with a maximum amount of 3,200,000 euros HT / year, in accordance with the provisions of Article R 2162-4-1 of the Code de la Commande Publique.
