The subject of the procurement is the construction and installation of a PE315 gas pipeline between Tampere and Kangasala. Below are the key technical details of the subject of the procurement: − Length of the plastic pipe line approx. 14.5 km − Size of the plastic pipe PE315 − Design pressure of the plastic pipe 8 bar − Special features, among others: the impact of the existing gas pipeline and traffic roads on occupational safety and working methods, construction and installation in urban conditions, construction and excavation near power lines, installation of necessary cable transfers and earthworks, underground intersecting structures, underpasses of rail and roads. The procuring entity will deliver the pipe materials. The contractor will deliver the other materials. The procuring entity will carry out the detailed design of the pipeline. The contractor will be designated as the main contractor, who is responsible for the design and management of the work, work site management, and communication with landowners and stakeholders. The contractor will also act as the main executor of the construction site. The language of the contract and the work site for the subject of the procurement is Finnish.
