Sweden – Systems and technical consultancy services – IT-konsulttjänster inom IAM och säkerhetsgranskning/penetrationstest

The procurement concerns framework agreements for services in the IT and information security field for the procurement of consultants in the tender areas specified in this document. The demand for the services that the Purchaser provides is high and is expected to continue to increase in the coming years with Norrköpings kommun's ambitions to strongly digitalise the municipality's various operations. With this, the services within the IT security field need to be expanded and strengthened. An additional success factor is to act with high flexibility in the short term and with a short lead time regarding staffing to meet new assignments, projects and changes in existing assignments. The Purchaser therefore has a need for framework agreements for the successive procurement of consultancy support within a number of different areas within IT and information security. The consultants shall support the Purchaser's ongoing operations as needs arise. The assignments will predominantly be carried out on site at the Purchaser's premises. The following two tender areas are included: - Identity management and access control (IAM) - Penetration testing and security review Tenders may be submitted for one or both tender areas.
