Poland – Architectural and related services – Opracowanie koncepcji oraz dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla realizacji zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Zagospodarowanie terenu dawnych koszar w miejscowości Pierwoszyno na cele sportowe i rekreacyjne – budowa Kosakowskiego Centrum Sportu i Rekreacji SYNERGIA z opcją pełnienia nadzoru autorskiego”-ETAP II

The subject of the contract is the development of a concept and the preparation of a full, multi-sectoral design and cost documentation, in accordance with the conditions of this contract and in a form and content that meets the requirements specified in the public procurement regulations. The scope of the documentation includes the design of a multi-functional building and the development of the former barracks area in Pierwoszyn for sports and recreational purposes. It is planned to implement a centre of supra-local importance, adapted to serve as a modern Olympic training centre and for professional sports, in particular for the following sports disciplines: • BMX cycling (in freestyle and racing variants), • Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), • summer biathlon, • sport shooting, • sport archery, • skateboarding, • badminton, • weightlifting, • beach volleyball. The project must take into account the requirements of the relevant sports federations for each sport. The designed area should also be accessible and adapted for other users, including the residents of Kosakowo and tourists who do not engage in professional sports. It is planned to adapt the infrastructure to different levels of user advancement and to introduce recreational, rehabilitative and rest functions, complementing the sports functions. The entire complex should be designed with consideration for the needs of different age groups and people with disabilities. In particular, the development of the area includes: • a roller rink for various age groups, with the possibility of ice skating in winter, • educational trails with a natural-historical and Kashubian theme (supporting Kashubian cultural identity), sensory gardens, etc., • health trails for Nordic walking, which in winter would be trails for cross-country skiing, • paintball infrastructure, • beach volleyball courts, • a dog run, • playgrounds and calisthenics zones, • landscaping and equipping the area with small architectural elements (e.g. chess tables, and other elements conducive to spending time outdoors) with an intergenerational infrastructure approach – active time is spent by young children, teenagers and seniors, • a bicycle town adapted to the needs of the youngest users, • parking lots and pedestrian paths, • the "Great Glade" inspired by Central Park, a public recreation area equipped with, among others, fire pits, urban grills, benches, hammocks and park benches, park loungers, for picnics, yoga classes, outdoor cinema and other forms of recreation, • a natural amphitheatre, and other solutions aimed at intergenerational leisure time outdoors, • a tree-top trail serving as a viewing platform over the Puck Bay with climbing wall elements, • a SPA zone, including, among others, jacuzzi, hot tubs, Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infrared sauna, snow grotto, salt grotto, Turkish bath and wellness and SPA cabins for treatments and massages and other attractions of the biological renewal zone – depending on the adopted design solutions. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for implementation, including the requirements regarding the scope of the design and cost documentation, the volume of documentation, have been specified in the Subject of the Contract, Annex 9 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the implementation of the contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract contained in the Draft Contract Provisions, Annex 6 to the SWZ.
