Netherlands – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Instellen van een tijdelijke DAS t.b.v. inhuur extern personeel

A Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) is being established by Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR). The digital platform of www.flextender.nl will be used for the execution of the DAS. Parties can register for the DAS via this website. Flextender checks new registrations against the set requirements, including acceptance of registration terms FLX 2026, AWVODI-2018 and UEA declaration. All further rental requests from HDSR will be published on the Flextender website. The current DAS will commence from the publication of this notice (April 2026) and will run until 1 May 2027 at the latest. HDSR is currently preparing a new European tender for the long-term rental of third parties. All rentals from this DAS will transfer to the new contractor as soon as the agreement is in place, from the earliest possible extension. All rentals still running via Flextender as of 1 May 2027 will transfer to the new contractor on that date. On average, HDSR issues 75 rental requests per year. No rights can be derived from this number. We are establishing this DAS with due regard to all other framework agreements of HDSR. The scope of these agreements remains unchanged regardless of the establishment of this DAS.
