La Poste wishes to acquire motorcycle helmets for agents carrying out their rounds on three-wheeled motorcycles. The present contract concerns the supply of motorcycle helmets complying with the applicable health and safety at work requirements. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for drivers of motor vehicles of the type motocycle, tricycle and constitutes essential personal protective equipment against the risks inherent in traffic. The helmets supplied must comply with the applicable European standard, guaranteeing a high level of safety for users. The helmets must also meet all applicable regulatory requirements, including: - mandatory approval according to standard ECE 22-06, in force for motorcycle helmets; - compliance with French and European regulations relating to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); - integration of a certified closure system (double-D buckle or micrometric buckle approved ECE 22-06). Manufacture and placing on the market must be carried out in compliance with applicable regulations. The contract is divided into two lots: - Lot no. 1: All-weather motorcycle helmet - Lot no. 2: Summer motorcycle helmet The geographical scope is Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and the DOMs. Individual traceability of the helmets is required by encrypted code, unique barcode or QR code.
