The procurement procedure used is: open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. No division into lots is planned. The contracting authority has decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: the services related to the subject of the present contract do not allow the identification of technically distinct services.
