The contract covers the design and construction of a new road and pedestrian and cycle path (GC road) of approximately 3.6 km between the roundabout on National Road 68 and Fabriksgatan in Krylbo. The contract also includes preliminary planning of approximately 8 hectares of operational land for industrial and establishment purposes, including the establishment of a truck service. The contract includes earthworks and construction works such as excavation, filling, grading, and the construction of road structures. Furthermore, it includes the expansion of technical infrastructure in the form of water and sewer pipes, surface water management, and lighting systems. The contract also includes the laying of conduits for electricity and fibre within the area, including necessary ducts, wells, and associated arrangements for future connections. The contract also covers the construction and linking of the GC road with the existing GC route at Grabbogatan and the connection to Lerbäcksleden.
