- Checking the scope of the respective responsibilities of each entity and the completeness of the coverage of responsibilities;

- Verifying whether the concessionaire's insurance coverage correctly covers the related risks;

- Checking the compliance of the insurances with the requirements of the concession, the regulation and those arising from the security approval;

- Identifying risks that are not or are poorly covered. Consequently, it will have to ensure the implementation of the adequate policies (drafting the tender specifications for the call for tenders to insurers, assisting with the call for tenders and the awarding of contracts) and ensure their follow-up, including the management of claims.
