Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Hydrocortison (ausschl. Dafo. TVW), ATC H02AB09 für die Zeit 01.09.26 - 31.08.28 (zzgl. V.-Option 1x12 Mon)

Section 130a, paragraph 8 of the SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, relating to the aforementioned active substance Hydrocortisone (exclusively in the form of TVW), ATC H02AB09, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude medicine discount contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new medicine discount contracts come into force. A discount contract under the licensing model for the aforementioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.09.2026 and will end on 31.08.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end, regardless, with the entry into force of the exclusive contract.
