Bulgaria – Construction work for water and sewage pipelines – „РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ И РЕХАБИЛИТАЦИЯ НА ВЪТРЕШНА ВОДОПРОВОДНА МРЕЖА НА С. ГРИГОРЕВО, ПО ИНТЕРВЕНЦИЯ „П.Г.6 - ИНВЕСТИЦИИ В ОСНОВНИ УСЛУГИ И ДРЕБНИ ПО МАЩАБИ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРА В СЕЛСКИТЕ РАЙОНИ” ОТ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИ ПЛАН ЗА РАЗВИТИЕ НА ЗЕМЕДЕЛИЕТО И СЕЛСКИТЕ РАЙОНИ НА РЕПУБЛИКА БЪЛГАРИЯ ЗА ПЕРИОДА 2023-2027 Г., РАЗДЕЛЕНА НА ДВЕ ОБОСОБЕНИ ПОЗИЦИИ

The public procurement is divided into two separate lots, as follows:

- Lot 1: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the internal water supply network of the village of Grigorovo, Elin Pelin Municipality - Stage 1, including the area north and northwest of streets Nedialko Tashkov, Peyo Yavorov, Elin Pelin, Svoboda, and G. S. Rakovski.

- Lot 2: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the internal water supply network of the village of Grigorovo, Elin Pelin Municipality – Stage 2, including the area bounded by streets Nedialko Tashkov, Peyo Yavorov, Svoboda, G. S. Rakovski, Selka Cheshma, Hadi Dimitr, and Vasil Levski.

OBJECT AND SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT: The object of the procurement is "construction" as per Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the present procedure is: "RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF THE INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NETWORK OF VILLAGE GRIGOROVO, under Intervention "P.G.6 - Investments in basic services and small-scale infrastructure in rural areas" from the Strategic Development Plan for Agriculture and Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027, divided into two separate lots. Category of the objects: Category III, according to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Point 3, letter "B" of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and Article 6, Paragraph 2, Point 8 of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 of the MMRB for the nomenclature of construction types. There is an issued Building Permit No. 41 of 17.02.2025 from the Chief Engineer of Elin Pelin Municipality for the objects.
