Spain – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services – Servicio de mantenimiento de Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales del Ayuntamiento de Arteixo

The subject of this contract is the execution of maintenance works for the municipal sports facilities of the Ayuntamiento de Arteixo, with sufficient human and technical resources to carry out the conservation and repair tasks of the existing public sports spaces, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, under the rational use of resources, including actions in the areas of plumbing and drainage, electricity, masonry, air conditioning and domestic hot water, and metal and wood carpentry, all while taking into account the specifications set out in the Special Technical Prescriptions Document governing the service.
