The aim of the contract is for the contractor to develop up to three innovative e-tools for language technology based on the development ideas described in the final tender submitted by the contractor in the public procurement. The e-tool must support the described target groups in learning Estonian and, in addition to its educational value, have the potential for further development into a marketable product and wider use. Within the framework of the contract, the client expects commercially viable solutions, which describe technical feasibility, development plan and business model. The contractor must be prepared to demonstrate the market potential of the solution, the ability to develop it into a marketable product and ensure its further marketing and sustainable operation.
