The subject of the contract is RTG equipment with accessories, included in the investment programme entitled "Strengthening the potential of the University Hospital in Krakow in the field of diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases", co-financed from the Strategic Infrastructure Subfund of the Medical Fund – supply of equipment with installation, commissioning and staff training. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ along with the annexes. This description should be read together with any changes to the SWZ, which may result from responses to contractors' queries.
