Germany – Public road transport services – Vergabe von Personenbeförderungsleistungen

As the contracting authority, the Landkreis Schwandorf intends to award, with effect from 16.12.2026, a public service contract for transport services in the Landkreis Schwandorf for a period of 6 years to operate demand-responsive bus services on the BAXI demand-responsive bus lines 8401 to 8412 inclusive, within the area of the Landkreis Schwandorf. Each line constitutes a separate lot. The transport service is to be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis, with each line representing a complete lot and only being awarded as a complete service per lot (see § 8a para. 2 sentence 4 in conjunction with § 13 para. 2a sentence 2 PBefG).
