The Leopoldina Hospital of the City of Schweinfurt is a modern acute care hospital with a focus on providing specialist care and plans to build a new medical centre on the existing site to expand its medical infrastructure. The centre will include areas for outpatient and day clinic use, in particular a specialist area, as well as the necessary administrative, waiting, ancillary, and technical areas. The building will be constructed as a separate structure and connected on the ground floor to the existing building to the south. The outdoor facilities will include access roads, green spaces, delivery areas, as well as operational and maintenance areas. The building is planned as a solid construction with a reinforced concrete structure, columns, a pre-hung facade made of fibre cement panels and grid-like window bands and is to be constructed as a turnkey project. The tender comprises the necessary planning services from the design stage as well as the construction services for the turnkey erection of the building.
