The consultation launched aims to conclude a framework agreement as regulated by Articles R.2162-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement aims to conduct urban studies and design public spaces, as well as coordinate real estate projects, for the operational implementation of the development of the South-West City Entrance sector in Kremlin-Bicêtre. The framework agreement is divided into 3 categories of missions: Category A – Urban planner coordinator of the ZAC Category B – Monitoring and coordination of real estate projects Category C – Public space works management mission.
