The present consultation concerns the cleaning and disinfection of the common areas (shopping aisles, toilets, side passages, underground and ground-floor circulation, and floors) of the 14 sales buildings of the animal pole, with activities subject to health approval, spread over an area of approximately 80 hectares: - Building A4 (Fish) – Classified Installation for Environmental Protection, - Building AB5 (Activity dedicated to markets dependent on the fish sector), - Building V1P (Meat in Pavilion) – Classified Installation for Environmental Protection, - Building VG1 (Poultry / Game), - Building VM1 (Pork), - Buildings D4, E4, F4a, D5, E5, F5c, F7, B9 (Dairy Products), - Building D6 (Organic Products). As a subsidiary, to meet market management requirements and in case of necessity, the technical specifications will include a schedule of unit prices that may generate ad-hoc orders.
