The subject of the contract is the successive reception, transport and disposal of waste with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical processing of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, from the Municipal Installation in Suwałki. 2. The quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 that the Contracting Authority expects to hand over for reception, transport and disposal during the contract period is a maximum of 8,500 Mg. The monthly quantity of waste will be a maximum of 1,500 Mg, while the maximum daily quantity will be 150 Mg. The average weight of one load during the contract period will be approximately 20 Mg, with a trailer capacity of at least 90 m³. The above quantities are estimated and serve the Contractor as an aid in preparing the offer and correctly calculating the costs of implementing the contract. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to implement the contract in full estimated size, and the actual quantity of waste handed over for reception, transport and disposal will result from the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority guarantees, however, that during the contract period it will hand over to the Contractor for reception, transport and disposal at least 4,000 Mg of waste with code 19 12 12. The Contractor will not be entitled to claims for the Contracting Authority's failure to implement the contract above the guaranteed minimum quantity of 4,000 Mg. 3. Waste with code 19 12 12 constitutes a regularly produced sorting material as a so-called oversize fraction >80 mm in the form of a calorific fraction of ballast with a calorific value greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry mass from mechanical processing of waste in the sorting plant – after processing mixed municipal waste and/or cleaning selectively collected waste. The received batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not be the basis for claims by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority. 4. The waste covered by this contract must be transported and then disposed of in facilities that have permits to process these wastes in a recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this area and with the use of at least one recovery process from R1 to R12, as defined in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587, as amended). 5. The reception of waste will take place by transport organised by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of transport, insurance during transport and unloading. 6. Waste with code 19 12 12 is stored in the form of bales with dimensions of approx. 80 cm x 80 cm x 200 cm and a weight of approx. 1 Mg, as well as in bulk on a hardened area. The waste will be loaded onto the transport means provided by the Contractor in the form of bales or in bulk. The form of loading will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority.
