Description

The subject of the procurement is the successive collection, transport and disposal of waste with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical processing of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from the Municipal Installation in Suwałki. 2. The quantity of waste with code 19 12 12, which the Purchaser intends to hand over for collection, transport and disposal during the contract period, amounts to a maximum of 8,500 Mg. The monthly quantity of waste will be a maximum of 1,500 Mg, while the maximum daily quantity will be 150 Mg. The average mass of one load during the contract period will be approximately 20 Mg, with a trailer volume of at least 90 m³. The above quantities are estimated and serve the Contractor as an aid in preparing the offer and correctly calculating the costs of implementing the procurement. The Purchaser is not obligated to implement the procurement in full estimated size, and the actual quantity of waste handed over for collection, transport and disposal will result from the Purchaser's current needs. The Purchaser guarantees, however, that during the contract period it will hand over to the Contractor for collection, transport and disposal at least 4,000 Mg of waste with code 19 12 12. The Contractor will not be entitled to claims for the Purchaser's failure to implement the procurement above the guaranteed minimum quantity of 4,000 Mg. 3. Waste with code 19 12 12 is a regularly produced sorting material as a so-called oversize fraction >80 mm in the form of a calorific fraction of ballast with a calorific value greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry mass originating from mechanical processing of waste in a sorting plant – after processing mixed municipal waste and/or cleaning selectively collected waste. The received batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not constitute a basis for claims by the Contractor against the Purchaser. 4. The waste covered by this procurement must be transported and then disposed of in installations that have permits for processing these wastes in a recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and with the use of at least one recovery process from R1 to R12, as defined in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 5. The waste will be collected by transport organised by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of transport, insurance during transport and unloading. 6. Waste with code 19 12 12 is stored in the form of bales with dimensions of approx. 80 cm x 80 cm x 200 cm and a weight of approx. 1 Mg, as well as in loose form on a hardened area. The waste will be loaded onto the Contractor's provided transport means in the form of bales or in loose form. The form of loading will depend on the Purchaser's current needs.
