France – Engineering work for security installations – Marché de maintenance, d'exploitation et d'extension de vidéoprotection

The present framework agreement aims to acquire services for the operation, maintenance and extension of video surveillance solutions. The Contractor supplies and installs video surveillance equipment on site (cameras, masts or any other support, electrical network, radio network if necessary, ...), urban supervision centres (CSU) and other centres (deport, recording, ...), so-called professional systems (video supervision solutions, hypervisor, image wall, ...) for extensions and is responsible for their technical operation and maintenance. The present Contract provides for preferential use of fibre optics as a means of transmitting flows from Video Surveillance Sites to Central Sites. The Syndicat Mixte Nord - Pas-de-Calais Numérique is the contracting authority for the present contract. It acts as a purchasing centre, intermediary for members of the purchasing centre for the award, developments and overall monitoring of the present contract. Each member of the Purchasing Centre may use the services of the present contract, as the project owner for its own needs. It will then be responsible for the execution of the present contract, from the issuance of purchase orders to the payment of services, through the receipt of work and the possible application of penalties due within the framework of the execution of the contract (non-exhaustive list). Each member remains free to set its own purchasing policy and to use the purchasing centre as appropriate according to its own needs. Membership of the purchasing centre is concluded without exclusivity. However, the Syndicat Mixte La Fibre Numérique 59 62 undertakes to use this framework agreement to meet the needs of the members. Therefore, the volumes indicated in the technical documents of the contract are given purely for information and do not bind the contracting authority.
