In connection with Rødovre Municipality's development of Gartnerbyen, Rødovre Municipality decided to build a community centre adjacent to Rødovre Town Hall (Borgerhuset). The construction of Borgerhuset was included in Rødovre Municipality's tender for building rights in Gartnerbyen, so the winning bidder will also be required to tender and construct Borgerhuset. Borgerhuset is intended to be an open house that brings together Rødovre Municipality's administrations, so citizens will only need to go to one place when they need Rødovre Municipality, and that provides premises for associations and other activities for citizens in Rødovre. Borgerhuset will form the framework for a unique workplace and a barrier-free meeting place that protects both large and small communities. A. Enggaard A/S (hereafter the contractor) was awarded building rights and the right to tender and construct Borgerhuset, which will subsequently be transferred to Rødovre Municipality. In this connection, Rødovre Municipality has delegated its obligations to comply with applicable tendering rules to A. Enggaard A/S in connection with the tendering and conclusion of contracts relating to the construction of Borgerhuset. The task is divided and tendered in 5 tender packages with specialist contractors. This tender includes the tendering of specialist contractors in Tender Package 1: Enclosure. The tender is divided into the following specialist contractors: Blacksmithing Contractor: The blacksmithing contract includes the supply and installation of structural steel, including steel stairs, roof decks, handrails, guards, facade ladders, canopy structures and necessary steel stiffeners in facades. The contract includes all related components, fastenings and surface treatment. The work includes full detail design, including production drawings, static calculations, quality assurance and documentation, as well as coordination with other contractors. Carried out in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements. Option: Steel beams between E00 and E01 for suspension of composite beams. Roofing Contractor: The roofing contract includes the supply and execution of complete roof structures, including insulation, vapour barrier and roof membrane as well as all necessary coverings and connections. The contract also includes roofing on the canopy, roof windows with smoke vents, fall protection and roof drainage. The work includes full detail design, documentation and quality assurance as well as coordination with other contractors and installations. Carried out in accordance with applicable standards, supplier specifications and project requirements. Window Contractor: The window contract includes the supply and installation of complete external door and window units, including facade units, openable windows, fixed glazing units and external doors in wood and wood/aluminium systems. The work includes full detail design, production drawings, static documentation and authority requirements as well as coordination with other contractors and installations. Installation is included in the contract and is carried out partly on the construction site and partly at an element supplier in Jylland, where window units are installed in facade elements. This includes the execution of external joints and the installation of cladding (wooden board cladding) on sandwich elements at the element supplier. The work is carried out in accordance with applicable standards, project requirements and supplier specifications. The Contract A specialist contract is entered into for each specialist contractor on the basis of a draft specialist contract, which is part of the tender material. The entire project – Borgerhuset – consists of 5 tender packages with associated specialist contractors as mentioned. The contractor has made a division of the project into subcontracts and has assessed that further division of the project and the present tender package will result in increased risk for the contractor, as well as increased costs for project management etc., which is why the contractor finds it not appropriate to divide the project further. The Tender The tender is carried out as a restricted tender in accordance with LBK no. 116 of 03/02/2025, Announcement of the Public Procurement Act with later amendments (the Public Procurement Act). The tender material is applicable to all the tendered specialist contractors in the tender package, unless otherwise stated. The contractor therefore reserves the right to cancel the present tender if the basis for the project changes or if one or more of the other tender packages do not result in the award of a contract/entry into a contract. Language All communication with the contractor in the tendering and execution phases shall be in Danish, both in writing and in speech.
