The subject of the contract is the performance of the Work for the engineering and project activities of the construction in the scope necessary for the issuance of a decision on the building permit and building permit according to Act No. 25/2025 Z.z. Building Act and amending and supplementing certain laws, preparation of documentation for the selection of the construction contractor, preparation of the building project and its verification (verification certificate), preparation of the execution project, preparation of the Documentation of Actual Execution, performance of expert author supervision, ensuring the issuance of a valid final certificate, including the registration of the building in the Real Estate Cadastre, engineering-geological and hydrogeological works, geodetic works, coordination activities and activities to the necessary extent for works related to implementation.
