This framework agreement covers the supply of bottled medical oxygen, through a system of exchanging empty bottles for identical full bottles, and, for this purpose, the provision of a stock of medical oxygen bottles of different capacities (B2, B5, B10, B20 and/or B50) on a rental basis (delivery, installation and maintenance; emergency delivery) in prisons and detention centres, intended for detained patients.
