Sweden – Portable computers – 2026 Plattor och Chromebooks med tillbehör och tillhörande tjänster

Procurement to cover the needs of the highland municipalities for tablets, Chromebooks, and related services. The products will primarily be used in schools and, to some extent, for individuals with special municipal assignments. The procurement and subsequent agreement are administered by Höglandsförbundet (org.nr 222000-1412). The framework agreement covers the municipalities of Aneby (org.nr. 212000-0498), Eksjö (org.nr 212000-0589), Nässjö (org.nr 212000-0548), Sävsjö (org.nr 212000-0563) and Vetlanda (org.nr 212000-0571). Kommunalförbundet Mediacenter i Jönköpings Län participates with the right, but not the obligation, to opt out of the framework agreement. Tranås kommun (org.nr. 212000-0597) participates via an option to join the agreement when existing agreements in the area have expired. The respective organisations of the municipalities have either directly chosen to participate, such as Eksjö energi AB (org.nr 556005-3950), Eksjöbostäder AB (org.nr 556407-0521), Eksjö kommunfastigheter AB (org.nr. 556667-8230), AB Eksjö Industribyggnader (org.nr. 556088-4495), Eksjö Elnät AB (org. nr. 556486-7660), Eksjö Energi ELIT AB (org.nr 556572-6568), Witalabostäder AB (Vetlanda, org. nr. 556347-7297). Others participate via an option, such as Företagskraft Eksjö AB (org.nr. 556457-2658). Additional organisations (such as Höglandets räddningstjänstförbund, org.nr 222000-1388, Aneby Miljö och Vatten AB, org.nr. 556621-6650) may join during the procurement process, but such additions are expected to have a marginal impact on expected volumes. The educational activities, which are the primary users in the agreement, are included in the above listing. The maximum volume of the agreement is 120,000,000 kr.
